In order to assist you with your return, the procedures are set as follows:

1. Orgafile offers a lifetime warranty on all functioning parts.
2. PLEASE NOTE: Warranty is void if the product is tampered with in any way that is not normal handling procedure before returning for any particular reason. Please also take care when relocating your unit and ensure all disassembly instructions, originally supplied with your top and base, have been followed. Copies of these instructions are available on the Documentation page of our website. Alternatively, contact Orgafile on 086 000 3453.
3. Orgafile offers a 100% Money Back Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If a customer is dissatisfied with an Orgafile product, for any valid reason other than the choice of colour as specified by the customer on the original order, Orgafile will offer a full cash refund, or offer another product as a replacement or replace the item that caused the dissatisfaction.
4. The customer must complete the Return of Goods Form indicating the reason for the return. This form must be completed and signed by the person who initially ordered the goods.
5. The customer must return the product to Orgafile factory in Pretoria, together with the Return of Goods Form. Should the customer require that the product be collected by Orgafile, Orgafile will be entitled to charge for or deduct from the amount being refunded, for the transportation charges.
