A. After confirmed receipt of your payment, 10 working days.
Q. How do I place an order?
A. Follow the steps on online quoting system or phone 086 000 3453.
Q. May I order just one drawer?
A. Only if you have an existing 2 drawer cabinet already. One drawer on its own will topple.
Q. May I order just a top and base?
A. Yes, if you have already purchased a cabinet and want to split it up and make 2 cabinets from your existing one.
Q. What do I do if my cabinet arrives damaged?
A. Do not accept or sign for it. Let the delivery company re-load it and call Orgafile on 086 000 3453.
Q. I’ve lost my keys. Can I order another set?
A. Yes, you can order a complete barrel and 2 keys. Call Orgafile on 086 000 3453.
Q. How do I make payment?
A. You can pay via EFT, or deposit into our bank (click here for account details) and fax the confirmation to +27 (0) 21 851 9613 or call 086 000 3453 for further options.
Q. Do I receive an order confirmation?
A. Yes, this will be faxed or e-mailed to you within a few working days of placing your order.
Q. How do I type my tabs?
A. Go to the download section on the website and follow the instructions for Label Templates.
Q. Does direct sunlight affect the wood finish?
A. Yes, as with natural wood.

A. Unconditional, under normal working conditions.
